General Pest Spray

A premium service which includes full interior spray including all rooms, skirting boards, cornices, dusting of the roof void, flush out of drains, gels and baits placed as well as a Kitchen and Bathroom Treatment.
Full Exterior Spray including walls, drains, eaves, gutters, driveways, bins, gardens in close proximity to the house structure and dusting of weep holes.
This service specifically targets Ants, Cockroaches, Silverfish & Spiders.

Termite Inspection

It is recommended for a Termite Inspection to be carried out by a Licenced Pest Technician at least once every 12 months. The purpose of a termite inspection is to identify any signs of termite activity, assess the extent of damage caused by termites, and provide recommendations for treatment and prevention.

This service includes a thorough and visual inspection of the property and it's structure including internal, external, inside roof cavity, skirting boards, door frames, window frames, walls and all of the accessible external areas including fences, wall edges, the slab edge, decks, steps, landscaping timbers, retaining walls, stumps and any other areas that are in direct contact with the ground.

Termite Treatment

Treatment can vary depending on the species of Termites and where they are located.
Where possible, we particularly specialise in termite baiting as this is a proven method for colony elimination, which is the ultimate desire when treating termites.
We have other treatment options available such as dusting, foaming and chemical injection. However, each situation is different and also needs to meet the client's needs.

Termite Management Systems

Upon visual inspection of your home, we will recommend the best Termite Management System for you. Each provides a long-term, hassle-free management of termite activity.
CHEMICAL Barriers are a great long term management plan. Typically, the perimeter of the property is drilled and injected where there are concreted / tiled areas. Where there are soiled areas, we trench down to the footing of the structure and then use a layered method to fill with a liquid termiticide.
RETICULATION Chemical Barriers are similar to a chemical barrier however the liquid termiticide is pumped into the ground by a hose with perforated holes. This process is strongly recommended by the manufacturers.
BAITING STATIONS are used to intercept / attract the termites. Generally bait stations are placed 3 metres apart around the perimeter of the structure, some in concrete and some in soil. There are many different types of bait stations and inspection times can vary from 1-6 month periods.
